OUR STORY
How it began….
I’m Monique and my partner Jay and our two dogs Reilly and Mickey bought this 150 year old farmhouse and embarked on the adventure of renovating and turning it into a B&B and uncover the rich history of this home.
We reached out to the local community on social media and were thrilled to receive stories, including a stack of deeds (dating back to 1870’s) from a lovely couple who’s grandparents once lived here. These documents revealed captivating information about the property, and rumour has it the home also boasts a colourful past as it once served as a brothel that bordered the railway.
Hosting guests has become our passion, and we cherish the unforgettable experiences we share. Stay tuned as we continue to grow and bring our dream to life. We can’t wait to share the magic of this old house with you.
